Thermoplastic Grades

Keliren® CPE thermoplastic resins can be calendered, molded or extruded into tough chemical and weather-resistant end products with built-in ignition resistance.

Keliren® CPE resins are compatible with PVC, polyolefins, SAN, ABS and other polymer systems and used as blends with these polymers to achieve the desired performance and cost constraints.

Major thermoplastics applications for Keliren® CPE resins are:

  • Wire and Cable jackets
  • Extruded profiles
  • Membranes
  • Rigid foams
  • Coated fabrics
  • Films and pressure sensitive adhesives

Thermoset Grades

Keliren® CPE resins can be formulated to produce high quality extruded, molded, calendered products that require good heat, oil, chemical resistance and compression set properties.

Keliren® CM compounds can be cross-linked by moisture, radiation, peroxide or thiadiazole cure systems.
Major applications for Keliren® CPE resins for thermoset applications include:

  • Wire and Cable
  • Hose
  • Tubing
  • Sponge
  • Molded rubber goods
  • Many more rubber applications

Impact Grades

Keliren® CPE is a proven cost effective component in rigid PVC compounds and helps improve both impact and weatherability properties. It also helps improve processability of PVC compounds and al-lows higher low-cost filler loadings with no significant effect on physical properties.

Keliren® CPE is supplied in granular form that helps manufacturers, formulation and mixing flexibility in their existing equipment.
Major applications for Keliren® CPE grades in rigid PVC compounds include:

  • Siding
  • Decks and Fences
  • Window profiles
  • Pipes
  • Sheet products
